LOS ANGELES – A former bodyguard sued Britney Spears on Wednesday, claiming the singer repeatedly subjected him to "repeated unwanted sexual advances" and harassment.

Fernando Flores filed the sexual harassment lawsuit in suburban Los Angeles, alleging the singer intentionally inflicted emotional distress.

He is seeking unspecified damages from the Grammy Award-winner and his former employer, Advanced Security Concepts Corp.

The lawsuit claims that Spears, among other things, exposed herself to Flores and summoned him to her bedroom while she was naked.

Lionel Messi, Gonzalo Higuain and Carlos Tevez scored first-half goals, assisted by shaky goalkeeping from Spanish backup Pepe Reina.

There is an unexpected turnaround in the case accusing actor Shiney Ahuja of raping his domestic help last year. The 20-year-old maid has now told the court that the Bollywood actor did not rape her.

She told a fast-track court in Sewri that she had falsely accused the actor of raping her because the woman who helped her get the job at Shiney’s Oshiwara residence told her to do so.

The testimony has given an entirely new turn to the trial in which the police had filed against Shiney an elaborate 109 page chargesheet containing forensic reports, statements of a dozen witnesses, and other evidence.

PEOPLE in the Northern Division got a scare after experiencing an earthquake early Wednesday morning.

A statement from the Mineral Resources Department said the earthquake occurred at about 4.14am located at about 72.2km East of Taveuni.

It said the earthquake originated at a depth of 22km below the surface measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale.

The department said tremors were felt in Taveuni, Savusavu and Labasa but no damage was reported.

"It was a strong earthquake because things in our home moved from its original places," James Sami of Qila in Taveuni said.

"My mother-in-law sat up shocked on her bed after experiencing the tremor because it was a lengthy quake," Mr Sami said.
